Mie Prefecture, Hokkaido Government, and Ibaraki Prefecture have been newly certified for Startup Visa, one of the International Startup Activity Promotion Projects issued and enforced on December 28, 2018.
With this new certification, foreign entrepreneurs are able to stay in Japan for up to one year in Mie Prefecture, Hokkaido Government, and Ibaraki Prefecture.
